He is actively involved in the Company's day-to-day affairs as a Whole Time Director. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. They have 15 years of experience in the logistics and cargo and hotel industry.
Also has a thorough understanding of business strategies, restructuring of the business, operating procedures, punctuality, and dedicated personality.

PUNIT JOSHI-CEO & CFO of the Company,
He has been the Chief Financial Officer of ANB services. He is qualified as a B. Com. He carries with him a rich experience of over 10 years in the domains Of Financial Management, Budgeting, Taxation, Accounts Finalisation, Internal Audit, Credit Control, Management of Financial Resources & understanding of the in-depth Operation of businesses. He has held several leadership positions looking after strategic initiatives, financial, planning, treasury, insurance, investor relations, business finance, restructuring of debts & the merger of companies, and legal compliance. He has worked in organizations across the Chemicals, Garments, Printing & Packaging, and Retail industries.
Also has a thorough understanding of business strategies, restructuring of the business, Operating procedures, and liaising with governmental departments/agencies, besides a sound Knowledge of taxation laws & corporate governance.
